Breath
Our energy comes from the moment we inhale and exhale - breath is our true nature.
How connected are you to your breathing?
Together we will experience the Shakti energy that is the living breathing you and using the technology of Kundalini to connect to the TRUE YOU more deeply.
Breath is the foundation of living and when we have the tools of awareness around conscious breath, we live easefully within our own essence.
With our sessions, you’ll learn how to access breathing techniques that can be applied throughout the day, as support for stress and anxiety or dig deeper into your potential.

Movement
The flow of our breath creates the movement in our body, even in moments of rest.
How connected are you to your body?
Together we will find ways to move the earthly body that are true to the physical presence, YOUR INNER KNOWING, making it fluid and flowing with the moments of change.
In our sessions, you’ll gain access to a variety of Kriyas (a set of prescribed movements) for the ailments, stressors, or medicine you need in the moment. Many of the movement kriyas, provide ways for us to access internal blockages and clear it with consistent practice.

Reflection
Connecting breath to invoke the Shakti energy in your earthly vessel, you’ll begin to reflect on what may be blocking you from the TRUE YOU, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

Together we will invite in restful, reflection practices and resources to tap into the deeper realms of your inner landscape to discover a true self-transformation.
In our sessions, you’ll receive journal prompts that will move you to dig deeper into your internal landscape and reflect on the trances that keep you stuck in problems, stress, anger, anxiety, etc.
