Kundalini Coaching | 3 Sessions
Are you feeling stuck and looking to build confidence or a routine that focuses on soul nourishment?
These one-on-one coaching sessions are curated to fit your needs in the present moment. Each session covers your ayurvedic constitution, to help suit what’s going on internally and externally to determine the kind of movement, meditation, or journaling you might need to help you build a routine, grow your confidence, or just enhance your current transformation process.
Your first session will help you create a devotional practice of self-nourishment and reflection to help cultivate a practice that is intentional for your lifestyle.
Your second session will be a reflection practice of devotion from the previous week, to build on the routine you’ve created to enhance your self-study and cultivate habits that will leave you feeling confident about devoting time to you.
The final session will be a practice of creating a life of fullness with a routine of movement, joyful play, meditation, journaling and enhancing your overall health and wellbeing.
This is the beginning of self-transformation and reflection to make the shifts in your life that feel right for you in this moment.
