The winter season can often leave us feeling heavy and lethargic.
This Kapha Balancing Meditation Series will support us in balancing the water and earth within.
We'll explore a variety of Kundalini meditation techniques specifically designed to address the qualities of Kapha: heaviness, slowness, and emotional stuck-ness.

Together, we'll practice each meditation, reflect on the practice, and support each other as we navigate the winter months with renewed vitality. All are welcome!
