This will be my first day back in the studio after a six-month van journey and to celebrate we will have a food truck parked outside from 5:30-8:30pm.
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness that brings you into the moment of breath and body.
Each week we use a kriya (a specific sequence of physical actions that work toward a particular outcome) to initiate a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind, and spirit.
Kriyas have different sets of postures and sequences that include, breath, sound, movement, and meditation that impact and work on all levels of your being at once bringing your energy in balance.
This is a community class for $8, all levels and bodies welcome!
