Join me for a weekly Yin Yoga Session.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where passive poses are held for 3-10 minutes to target deep connective tissues and energy meridians.
The session begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by long-held seated or lying-down postures with a focus on stillness and surrender.
Props may be used for support, and "rebound" moments help integrate the effects of each pose.
The class ends with a deep relaxation (Savasana), leaving practitioners feeling grounded, open, and restored. It’s the perfect partner to Kundalini Yoga.
